MERCHANDISE BOOTH SPACE RENTAL AGREEMENT

Booth space and furnishings for the 2002 Colorado Irish Festival to be held Saturday, July 13TH and Sunday, July 14TH 2002 is available at the following rates on a rental basis:

Tables-8' $10.00 ea.
Chairs (folding) $1.00 ea.
Easy Up Canopy (10'x10') $125.00 ea.
Power hookup per outlet (300 WATTS) $15.00 ea.

  1. Booth Space Rental Cost. Booth space rental must be paid in advance and remitted with this agreement. VENDOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR CHECKS, CREDIT CARDS, ETC. BRING CHANGE. HOURS ARE 10:00AM TO 8:00PM DAILY.
  2. Payment.Complete payment for space and other items ordered is required in advance with this agreement. Please send check for total amount to: CUIS, 1614 15th St., Denver, CO 80202-1304 (include name of your company and date of application)
  3. Electricity. Electric service will be provided at a cost of $15.00 per outlet (only ONE plug in per outlet), to be paid in advance and returned with a signed copy of this agreement. (I will /will not require electrical service). (Power limited to 300 watts-additional usage will be charged accordingly)
  4. Set-up Time:Set-up Time: Friday July 12TH 12:00 -6:30 pm-
    Dismantle Time: Begin Sunday, July 14th 8:30 p.m-Note: Set-up and Dismantle will be conducted ONLYduring the these Hours. ANY EARLY DISMANTLE WILL RESULT IN NOT BEING INVITED BACK
  5. Permits: You must submit, with this agreement, copies of your Sales tax License, along with CERTIFICATE OF LIABILITY INSURANCE NAMING CUIS AS ADDITIONAL NAMED INSURED
  6. Release. The Vendor hereby releases and waives any and all claims for personal injury, product liability, theft, breakage, or other damage, against Colorado United Irish Societies, Inc., its agents, contractors, successors and assigns, from or otherwise pertaining to the equipment rental hereunder, and Vendors expressly assume the risk of rain, wind, lightning and other weather-related elements on the day of the Colorado Irish Festival. Colorado United Irish Societies, Inc. expressly disclaims any obligation or representation related to the number of persons to be attending the Festival, or the revenue to be derived therefrom.
  7. Sale Items. With this agreement you must provide us with a list of the items you plan to sell at the Festival, ITEMS NOT APPROVED, OR ON YOUR LIST WILL BE PROHIBITED AT THE FESTIVAL.
