The Colorado United Irish Societies, Inc. is a 501(C)(3)-chartered Colorado non-profit organization founded in 1995. Known simply as CUIS (pron. kush), we have a general membership and Board of Directors, including three non-member Directors-At-Large.

We sponsor the Annual Colorado Irish Festival and we agree to donate our time, talent and resources to the success and perpetuity of that festival. We seek to increase both awareness and practice of Irish culture, specifically in the areas of dance, music, theater, literature, sports, arts and crafts.
Our members include The Ancient Order of Hibernians (AOH), Burnie Burns, The Celtic Broker, The Celtic Crossing Restaurant and Irish Pub, Cooney and Associates, The Colorado Emerald Society, The Denver Gaels Irish Football Club, The Denver St. Patrick's Day Parade Committee (DSPDPC), Donald B. Ferega, Irish Row Records, Irish Step Dancers of Colorado(ISDC), The Ladies Ancient Order of Hibernians (LAOH), The McTeggart Irish Dancers, Metropolitan Irish Counselors Society (MICS), The Michael Collins Pipe Band, The Sheabeen Pub, Talty Insurance Agency, and The Wick School of Dance.
