The Denver Gaels was founded in 1996 and was primarily made up of Irish nationals living in the Denver metro area. Since the inception of this GAA Football Club, they've gone on to win the National Title and will host the National Championships in Boulder in September, 2004. |
With the expanded facilities of Clement Park in West Littleton, the 2004 Colorado Irish Festival hopes to treat many festival patrons to their first glimpse of Gaelic Football in an exhibition match adjacent to the Festival itself.
