Volunteer Application

We cannot run the festival without our volunteers,
be a part of the fun and volunteer by filling out the form below.
Please fill it out completely, as we may not be able to process incomplete forms.

Definitions:
Admission Ticket Sales: Collect funds
at entrance.
Food & Drink Tickets: Selling tickets
for guests to buy food & drink.
Hospitality: signing in and out volunteers
& issuing credentials
Cleaning: Policing grounds around food
stands and entertainment tents.
Pepsi/Water Booth: Dispensing soda
and water to patrons holding valid drink
tickets
Runners: as needed to pickup & deliver
various items.
Misc. Workers: work where and as needed.
**Every volunteer position is on a first
sign-up first serve basis.

** ALL VOLUNTEERS WILL BE REQUIRED TO ATTEND AN ORIENTATION MEETING AT LAKEWOOD ELKS, 1455 NEWLAND ST. ON JUNE 25, 2003**
The location is the Lakewood Elks, Colfax & Newland (across from Casa Bonita).
